Haystack Falls, Glacier Park - July 2002

Haystack Falls
Haystack Falls near the summit along 'Going to the Sun' road.
Update May 5, 2004 - I had incorrectly identified this as Bird Woman Falls and was corrected by Tanya.
I believe that the audio travel tape I purchased at one of the souvenir shops incorrectly identified the falls.

The waterfall on your site is incorrectly named.

Haystack Falls is the waterfall that bisects the road, before getting to the Triple Arches when heading east over GTTS road.

Bird Woman Falls is the hanging valley waterfall on the south side of  Mt. Oberlin (to the right of Haystack, across the valley).
